My specialty is Reflexology & traditional Shiatsu with a Thai twist. I am also certified a Reiki III practitioner.

I was specifically drawn to Reflexology for its capacity to help relieve pain and stress, promote circulation, activate organ function and help detoxify the body.

I perform my Thai Shiatsu on a Thai style mat without the use of oils or lotions (linaments may be used as necessary)
